Recently moved into our new home and the 20 year old roller door motor had simply had it. Rang up AGG and they were available asap to take out the old motor and replace it with one that's much quieter and works like a charm. Nick was very professional and friendly throughout the entire process and we're very happy with the top job that Nick did. Highly recommend!

I have been using AGG Doors for both my home garage door and my church’s garage gate for quite some time, and their service has always been outstanding. Today, Nick F attended to my house garage door, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his professionalism and expertise.

Nick took the time to explain everything clearly — from the cause of the issue to the best solution. He not only resolved the problem efficiently but also went the extra mile to improve the overall operation of my garage door. It’s rare to find a technician who combines skill, clarity, and genuine care for the customer’s experience.

AGG Doors continues to earn my trust through their excellent service and consistent reliability. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional, honest, and high-quality garage door service!

(a review that I left a year ago) I recently had AGG Doors service my garage door, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. They were able to arrange an appointment over the weekend, which was incredibly convenient for my schedule. Their response time was prompt, and Nathan, the technician, was professional and punctual. He quickly identified and resolved the issue with my garage door, providing excellent service. I highly recommend AGG Doors for their exceptional customer service and reliability.

After persistent issues with door in our new home in Healesville, Bill came out to repair. He was punctual and communication was great at all times.

Not only did he fix the door issue, he also installed a remote opener and programmed it for me. I should add that this was not a purchase through AGG, nor was the price altered to reflect this. Absolutely amazing service for the price quoted.

Cannot recommend highly enough

When my garage door suddenly stopped working last week, I made a few calls to local companies and ultimately chose AGG Doors based on their great reviews—and I’m so glad I did!
From the very beginning, their customer service was excellent. They asked for photos upfront to help their technicians prepare, which I really appreciated. On the day, technicians Nick and Travis arrived promptly and were absolutely fantastic—friendly, professional, and honest.
I was worried I might need a whole new motor, but thankfully that wasn’t the case. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue without any unnecessary upselling. I’m incredibly grateful for their honesty and efficiency.
Highly recommend AGG Doors for anyone needing reliable and trustworthy garage door repairs!

Chris from AGG Doors did a measure and quote for new garage doors. He was on time and called as he arrived. He was extremely informative in answering the many questions I had, and very helpful with suggestions regarding alternatives available to me.
Thanks Chris.

Tom from AGG Doors did a tension coil replacement on my panel lift door. Was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable about the product. We have used AGG doors before and have no hesitation in recommending them.
Thanks Tom.
